Abstract: The Science of Natural Feng Shui initiated by the author（Jin Tuhao） of this paper is the science of the way of virtue and justice of the unity of heaven, earth and human combining ancient Feng Shui with modern technology. It is an emerging academic system and discipline category in human history. It is a Chinese "unique scholarship" beneficial to mankind, as well as a crystal of Chinese wisdom and scientific spirit. Jin Tuhao Original name Song Hongxi.

当今地球村，信息、知识、科技和创新日新月异，我几十年里如一日，每天都能让自己完全静下来、回归自性，参学并悟透人生规律、思维规律、教育规律、社会规律、养生医疗规律、规划设计规律、房屋建筑规律、生态建设规律、环境保护规律、科技发展规律、中国共产党执政规律、人类世界和平共处规律、人类文明包容共存规律、人与自然和谐共生规律、星球宇宙依道运行规律等等。无欲无求创绝学、无我无私为国家，大彻大悟弘正道、大智大爱济苍生。

In today's global village, information, knowledge, technology and innovation are changing rapidly. For decades, I have been able to calm myself down and return to my self-nature every day. The laws of health care and medical care, the laws of planning and design, the laws of housing construction, the laws of ecological construction, the laws of environmental protection, the laws of scientific and technological development, the laws of the Communist Party of China, the laws of peaceful coexistence in the human world, the laws of tolerance and coexistence of human civilization, the laws of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, the laws of planetary universe according to the rules of operation and so on. He has no desire to create the best education, no ego and no selfishness for the country, great enlightenment to promote the righteous path, great wisdom and love to help the people.

自然风水学始于使命、源于自然、基于经典、合于天地、忠于真理、敢于创新、兴于华夏、利于人类。自然风水学的总体要求是认识自然、尊重自然、顺应自然、融通自然、美化自然、契合自然、保护自然、感念自然、谐和自然、回归自然。自然风水学是古代风水与现代科技相结合的天地人合一的大道之学，是人类历史上的一门新兴学术体系与学科门类，它是造福人类的中华“绝学”，更是中国智慧与科学精神的结晶。自然风水学实现了中国风水的“标准化、精准化、简约化、大众化、科学化、哲学化”，必将助力中华民族伟大复兴与国家长治久安。

The science of natural Feng Shui begins with a mission, originates from nature, is based on classics, is in harmony with heaven and earth, is faithful to the truth, dares to innovate, thrives in China, and benefits mankind. The overall requirements of the science of natural Feng Shui are to recognize nature, respect nature, respond to nature, integrate nature, beautify nature, fit nature, protect nature, appreciate nature, harmonize nature, and return to nature. 一、坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观与方法论，研究和创立自然风水学

I. Adhere to the worldview and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, to research and create the science of natural Feng Shui

伟大的时代呼唤并包容学科与学术创新。中国风水若失传，吾辈何以对祖先；中国风水若失真，吾辈何以对子孙。坚定不移跟党走，忠肝义胆写春秋；精忠报国创绝学，自然风水万世功。

The great era calls for and embraces disciplines and academic innovations. If Chinese Feng Shui is lost, how can we face to our ancestors; if Chinese Feng Shui is not true, how can we face to our children and grandchildren. We will follow the Party steadfastly, and write the spring and autumn with loyalty and righteousness; we will serve our country and create a perfect science, and natural Feng Shui will be of universal merit.

（一）博览群书通古今。

(I) To read and understand the past and present.

四十多年来，我阅读与研究了600多本（部）古今风水堪舆、四柱预测、奇门遁甲、易经八卦、黄帝内经、儒释道医、中华国学、姓名符咒等方面的经典原著，阅读了马克思主义哲学、政治经济学、科学社会主义、中国共产党党史、中国革命史、规划学、建筑学、园林学、生态学、心理学、地质学、生物学、气象学、地理学和《习近平谈治国理政》等大量社会科学与自然科学方面的理论书籍，查阅了中国第一历史档案馆和国家图书馆收藏历代皇帝关于风水（堪舆）方面的圣旨，特别是深入研究并亲身实践了杨公风水、八宅风水、玄空风水、过路阴阳、呼形喝象等十多个风水流派或风水术语的经典原著，回归经典、解读经典，拨乱反正、正本清源，为创立自然风水学打下了坚实的理论基础。

For more than 40 years, I have read and studied more than 600 classic original works on ancient and modern Feng Shui, prediction of four columns, variety of magic skills employed in fortune-telling, Eight Trigrams of the I Ching, Huang di's Canon of Medicine, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism Medicine, Chinese National Science, Name and Charm, etc. I have also read a lot of theoretical books on social and natural sciences, such as Marxist philosophy, political economy, scientific socialism, history of the Communist Party of China, history of the Chinese Revolution, planning, architecture, gardening, ecology, psychology, geology, biology, meteorology, geography and Xi Jinping on the Governance of the State. I have read the imperial edicts of Feng Shui collected the First Historical Archives of China and the National Library of China，in particular, he has studied and practiced the classic originals of more than ten Feng Shui schools or Feng Shui terms, such as Yang Gong Feng Shui, Eight Mansions Feng Shui, Xuan Kong Feng Shui, Passing Yin Yang, and Calling the Shape and Drinking the Elephant, returning to the classics, interpreting the classics, setting things right and clearing the source, and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the creation of natural Feng Shui science.

四十多年来，我自掏腰包、风餐露宿、跋山涉水，历经千辛万苦、饱尝酸甜苦辣，走遍全国30多个省、自治区、直辖市，运用自己独创的自然风水学理论，实地考察了6000多处（所）房屋建筑的规划设计、时空环境、地理特征、景观建设等，考察范围主要包括历代开国皇帝故里、历代伟人故里；古今圣贤故里、古代宰相大臣故里、古今将帅故里、科学家故里、名人故里、富豪住宅、老百姓住宅、贫困户住宅；历代皇帝陵墓、历代伟人祖坟、将帅祖坟；高官祖坟、富豪祖坟、将帅祖坟、百姓祖坟、公墓；历史文化名城、古村落、寺庙道观；和珅恭王府和全国各地的王府大院；北京城里的故宫、国子监、孔庙、天坛、地坛、颐和园、圆明园、白云观、潭柘寺、雍和宫、十三陵和很多四合院；党政机关、企业总部、办公大楼、地产楼盘、工厂小区；金融机构（含上海和深圳证券交易所）、学校医院、宾馆酒楼、商场超市、养生会所；市政道路、场馆设施、水利工程、桥梁涵洞、机场车站、门楼宫殿、景区景点等。我还通过网络（卫星地图），反复察看与研究了美国首都华盛顿（白宫总统府）、俄罗斯首都莫斯科（克里姆林宫总统府）、英国首都伦敦、法国首都巴黎、德国首都柏林、日本首都东京、韩国首都首尔、朝鲜首都平壤，香港、澳门、台湾的首府（省府），中东地区、加沙地带等很多国家和地区的自然风水、地理特征、时空环境、建筑布局、规划设计等。通过全国各地的实地考察、实证研究、实战操作、实践运用，我发现了书本上和经典中没有的天地之大道（即无字天书），正可谓“无字天书藏天机，有字经典传真理；自然风水之绝学，兴衰存亡之大道”。全国各地的实地考察、世界范围的网络调研、我的大量实战案例，为创立自然风水学打下了牢固的实践基础。

For more than 40 years, I have paid my own money, slept in the wind, and traveled through mountains and rivers. After countless hardships and bittersweetness, I traveled to more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country. Using my own original natural geomantic Feng Shui theory, I visited more than 6,000 places.The planning and design, time and space environment, geographical features, landscape construction etc. The scope of investigation mainly includes the hometowns of the founding emperors of all dynasties, the hometowns of great men of all dynasties; the hometowns of ancient and modern sages, the hometowns of ancient prime ministers, the hometowns of ancient and modern generals, the hometowns of scientists, the hometowns of celebrities, the homes of rich people, the homes of ordinary people, and the homes of poor families; Ancestral tombs of generals; Ancestral tombs of high officials, Ancestral tombs of rich people, Ancestral tombs of generals, Ancestral Tombs of common people, cemeteries; Famous historical and cultural cities, Ancient villages, Temples and Taoist temples; Prince Gong’s Mansion and royal courtyards all over the country; the Forbidden City, Guozijian, Confucian Temple, Temple of Heaven, Temple of Earth, Summer Palace, Old Summer Palace, Baiyun Temple, Tanzhe Temple, Yonghegong Lamasery, Ming Tombs and many courtyard houses in Beijing; Party and government organs, corporate headquarters, office buildings, real estate buildings, factory districts; financial institutions (including Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges) ), schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, health clubs; municipal roads, venue facilities, water conservancy projects, bridges and culverts, airport stations, gate towers, palaces, scenic spots, etc. Through the Internet (satellite map), I have repeatedly observed and studied Washington, the capital of the United States (the White House presidential palace), Moscow, the capital of Russia (the Presidential Palace of the Kremlin), London, the capital of the United Kingdom, Paris, the capital of France, Berlin, the capital of Germany, Tokyo, the capital of Japan, and South Korea. Seoul, the capital of North Korea, Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, the capitals (provincial capitals) of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, the Middle East, Gaza Strip and many other countries and regions have natural geomantic Feng Shui, geographical features, space-time environment, architectural layout, planning and design, etc. Through on-the-spot investigations, empirical research, actual combat operations, and practical applications across the country, I discovered the way of heaven and earth (that is, the Book from Heaven without Characters) that is not found in books and classics. It can be said that “the Book from Heaven without Characters hides the nature's mystery, the classics with characters pass on the truth. The unique knowledge of natural geomantic Feng Shui, the road to rise and fall.” Field visits across the country, worldwide online research, and a large number of my actual combat cases have laid a solid practical foundation for the establishment of natural geomantic Feng Shui.

（三）开创学科传大道。

(III) Creating new disciplines to pass on the great virtue

四十多年来，我始终坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观与方法论，节衣缩食、省吃俭用，走遍了中华大地、全方位拜师学艺，我的周易预测、风水堪舆、四柱八卦、奇门遁甲、取名择日、佛学道家、中医养生的师父多达30多位，很多都是顶级专家、一流大师。我承接家传、接受师传，去粗取精、去伪存真，学思践悟、博采众长，正本清源、拨乱反正，讲究博学、审问、慎思、明辨、笃行，崇尚“士以弘道”的价值追求和“做大学问、做真学问”的初心使命，坚守“板凳要坐十年冷，文章不写一句空”的学术执着，耐得住寂寞、经得起诱惑、守得住底线，在古圣先贤和历代风水祖师大德研究与实践成果以及辩证分析古今各个风水流派的基础上，独自创立了《自然风水学》这一人类历史上的新兴学术与学科门类，真正践行了知识分子学术报国的情怀。

For more than 40 years, I have always adhered to the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Economizing food and clothing and saving money on food and expenses, I went all over the Chinese land to learn art from teachers all-round. 30 my masters and more in respect of Zhou Yi prediction, geomantic omen, four-column eight trigrams, variety of magic skills employed in fortune-telling, naming and choosing an auspicious day, Buddhists and Taoists, nourishing of life by using traditional Chinese medicine, among them many are top experts and top masters. I have taken up the family tradition and accepted the teacher's tradition, discarded the dross and selected the essential, removed the false and kept the true, learned and practiced, collected the longevity of others, corrected the origin and set things right, paid attention to erudition, examination, deliberate thinking, clear discernment, and sincere action, advocated the value pursuit of "people can promote the morality" and the original mission "to do great learning, to do true learning", stuck to the academic persistence of " the bench has to sit cold for ten years and not to write an empty sentence", patience loneliness, withstand temptation, and keep the bottom line. On the basis of the original creation of based on the research and practice achievements of ancient sages and ancestors of Feng Shui, as well as dialectical analysis of various Feng Shui schools in ancient and modern times, I have created alone the "Science of Natural Feng Shui", a new academic and discipline in human history, truly practicing the sentiment of intellectuals to serve the country.

（四）著书立说耀华夏。

(IV) Writing books to dazzle China.

四十多年来，我在国家级报刊杂志了发表了200多篇自然风水学论文，为我国公开发表风水类学术论文最多的中国易学专家。我创作并出版了79万字的《自然风水学》第一版、91万字的《自然风水学》精华版，200多万字的《自然风水学》经典版也即将出版。我简化了中国风水罗盘并创立了自然风水学专用罗盘（即天地盘），天地盘已获得国家专利证书。我还在《求是》《人民日报》《党建研究》《中国监察》《农民日报》《中国旅游报》等国家级党报党刊发表了政治类、党建类、经济类、文化类、旅游类、管理类的文章100多篇。

For more than 40 years, I have published more than 200 papers on natural geomantic Feng Shui in national newspapers and magazines, and I am the Chinese I Ching study expert who has published the most Feng Shui academic papers in China. I have created and published the first edition of "Science of Natural Feng Shui" with 790,000 characters, the essence version of “Science of Natural Feng Shui” with 910,000 characters, and the classic version of “Science of Natural Fengshui” with more than 2 million characters will be published soon. I simplified the Chinese Feng Shui compass and created a special compass for natural Feng Shui (i.e. heaven and earth compass), which has obtained a national patent certificate. I also have published political, party building, economic, cultural, tourism articles in national party newspapers and journals such as Qiushi, People's Daily, Party Construction Research, China Supervision, Farmers Daily, and China Tourism News, more than 100 articles.

（五）躬身实践济苍生。

(V) Practice to help the people.

四十多年来，我运用自然风水学，不仅造福了全国很多家庭和孩子，而且造福了全国各地的很多公司、工厂、机关、小区、学校、医院、宾馆、酒楼、商场、超市、家庭、家族和干部、工人、农民、军人、学生，助力很多企业（工厂）在短时间内名列全国或全省的同行业前茅，挽救了许多濒临破产的企业，救治了多个重病患者，解决了40多对大龄夫妇不孕不育的苦恼。我给全国成千上万的个人和企业取名、改名，为企业LOGO的设计把关，凡是由我取名或改名的全国各地的成千上万的学生，绝大多数都成功考取了清华大学、北京大学、剑桥大学、牛津大学等国内外知名大学。我先后在25个地方居住或办公，其中至少居住了15个地方的房子，由此亲身验证与实践了自然风水学和其它各个风水流派。我还改了好几个姓名，以检验姓名学对人的命运的影响并由此提炼了简单、精准、适用的自然风水学取名法，即“补五行、合八字，三才生、五格吉，常用字、避多音，意境好、韵律美”。

For more than 40 years, I have used natural Feng Shui to benefit not only many families and children across the country, but also many companies, factories, institutions, communities, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, families, clans, cadres, workers, farmers, soldiers and students, and helped many enterprises (factories) to rank among the top in the same industry in a short period of time in the country or in the province, saved many enterprises that were on the verge of bankruptcy, treated many seriously ill patients, and solved the problem. More than 40 older couples suffered from infertility. I have named and changed the names of thousands of individuals and companies across the country, and have been responsible for the design of corporate logos. Of the thousands of students from all over the country who have been named or renamed by me, most of them have been admitted to Tsinghua University, Beijng University, Cambridge University, Oxford University and other well-known universities at home and abroad. I have lived or worked in 25 places, including houses in at least 15 places, so I have personally verified and practiced natural Feng Shui and various other Feng Shui schools. I also changed several names to test the influence of name science on people's destiny, and thus refined a simple, accurate and applicable natural Feng Shui naming method, that is "to complement the five elements, matching the eight characters, birth of three talents, five squares auspicious, and avoid the polytones for commonly used characters, good artistic conception and beautiful rhythm.

（六）讲学弘法谢党恩。

(VI) Lecturing and promoting the Dharma to thank the Party for its kindness.

四十多年来，我经常在全国各地讲学，讲授中国共产党党史、社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化、自然风水学、公共危机与应急管理、心理健康与家庭教育、企业领导力与执行力等课程，深受广大听众的肯定与喜爱。我讲课的题目主要包括《学党史、听党话、跟党走》《践行社会主义核心价值观见行动》《做“有信仰、讲道德、守法纪、懂感恩、勤奋斗”的中国人》《道德经的智慧与幸福人生》《为让生命更加精彩而读书》《学用圣贤经典，实现生命价值》《保持阳光心态》《自然风水学的核心秘诀与操作技能》等等。我曾先后担任党政部门和国有企业等多个岗位的领导职务，积累了丰富的领导管理和教学培训经验。

For more than 40 years, I have often lectured all over the country, to teach the history of the Communist Party of China, socialist core values, Chinese excellent traditional culture, natural geomantic Feng Shui, public crisis and emergency management, mental health and family education, enterprise leadership and execution and other courses which are deeply affirmed and loved by the audience. The topics of my lectures mainly include "Learning the Party History, Listening to the Party's Words, and Following the Party", "Practicing the Core Socialist Values and Seeing Actions", and "Being a Chinese with Faith, Morality, Law-abiding, Gratitude and Diligence", "The Wisdom of Tao Te Ching and Happy Life", "Reading to Make Life More Exciting", "Learn to Use the Classics of Sages to Realize the Value of Life", "Maintain a Sunshine Mindset", "The Core Secrets and Operational Skills of Natural Feng Shui", etc. I have successively held leadership positions in Party and government departments and state-owned enterprises, and have accumulated rich experience in leadership management and teaching and training.

（七）最近二十年成果丰。

(VII) Rich achievements in last ten years

2011年5月，金土皓老师正式提出“自然风水学”这个词语并开始了长达20年的《自然风水学》一书的写作，全书共计200多万字，如今已写作完成。

In May 2011, Mr. Jin Tuhao formally proposed the term "Science of Natural Feng Shui" and started writing the book “Science of Natural Fengshui" for 20 years. The book has a total of more than 2 million characters, and now has been completed.

2012年10月15日，著名评论家、独立学者、《世界导报》社长罗竖一先生在湖南张家界讲课时并在国家重要媒体发表了多篇新闻报道，他的文章中首次提出“中国自然风水学创始人宋泓锡”的定位。这是“自然风水学”第一次见于媒体。

On October 15, 2012, Mr. Luo Shuyi, a well-known critic, independent scholar and president of "World Herald", gave a lecture in Zhangjiajie, Hunan and published several news reports in important national media. He put forward the positioning of Song Hongxi, the founder of Feng Shui, in his article for the first time. This is the first time that the "Science of Natural Feng Shui" has appeared in the media.

2013年11月，中国社会科学院主管、中国政策科学研究会主办的《今日中国论坛》杂志发表了宋泓锡（金土皓）老师的论文“承传自然风水学  建设美丽大中国”，这是国家级的期刊杂志第一次出现“自然风水学”这个专用名词。

In November 2013, the "China Today Forum" magazine, director of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and sponsored by the China Society for Policy Science, published the paper "Inheriting Natural Feng Shui and Building a Beautiful China" by Mr. Song Hongxi (also known as Jin Tuhao), which is a national-level paper. This special term "Science of Natural Feng Shui" appeared for the first time in the national journals.

最近二十多年，金土皓老师与自然风水学做了大量工作，取得了至少二十个方面的丰硕成果：

In the past 20 years, Mr. Jin Tuhao has done a lot of work with the Science of Natural Feng Shui, and achieved fruitful results in 20 aspects at least:

1.考察考证了中华大地上几乎所有的皇帝陵墓、伟人故里、圣人故里、元帅将军故里；

1. Almost all the tombs of emperors, the hometowns of great men, the hometowns of saints, and the hometowns of marshals and generals on the land of China have been investigated and verified;

2.考察考证了大量富豪故居、名人故里、贫困户住房、老百姓住房；

5.考察考证了中国共产党曾经指挥和战斗过的根据地（延安、西柏坡、瑞金、井冈山）和苏维埃政府遗址，以上所有考察考证全部是金土皓老师自费完成的；

假山水池不宜、房间独立开门；

巧用园林绿化、实现阴阳平衡。

房门墓碑、大树不对，房前敞亮、低矮植被；

坟头培土、强化生气，树不近宅、竹不近坟。

根雕古董、住宅不宜，适量绿植、摆放室内；

控制密度、阴阳平衡，亭台楼阁、可不考虑。

慎建假山、干花远离，莫挖水池、保护地气；

讲究艺术、文化墙壁，顺应自然、以人为本。

大运分两段，天地人合一。

测算一个人的生辰八字即命格，只以每个人出生日子的天干为“我”（即为主），看“我”与年柱、月柱、日支、时柱等其余七个字的关系，所谓柱是特指天干地支，年柱是指生年的干支、月柱是指生月的干支、日柱是指生日的干支、时柱是指生时的干支，比如一个人的生辰八字是己酉年、丙子月、壬午日、甲辰时，四柱便是年柱为己酉、月柱为丙子、日柱为壬午、时柱为甲辰，八字便是己酉、丙子、壬午、甲辰共计八个字，其中天干四个字（己、丙、壬、甲），地支四个字（酉、子、午、辰）。

注：“重大事情”是特指结婚安床、上官赴任、谈判签约、开业庆典、搬家入住等等。“日课”是指用事的年、月、日、时的四柱，选日课以年柱为主、看与当事人八字的财官印等十神的关系，年柱即年份的天干和地支。由于年柱一般不好选择，比如亲人去世是不能选择时间，下葬的年柱和月柱都是很难选择的，但是一定可以选择与月柱相合的日柱和时柱，即月日时一定不能相互冲克刑害、也不能冲克刑害当事人和坐山、坐龙，最好的日课是月日时的三合，既是自身三合、又合当事人的年命生肖、还合房屋建筑的坐山与坐龙，此乃天地人合一之大道也。“八字”是指出生的年、月、日、时的天干地支共计八个字，看八字以日干为主、逐一判断日干与自身的年柱、月柱、日支、时柱等七个字的十神关系，日干即某一日的天干。年、月、日、时的天干地支统称四柱，即年柱、月柱、日柱、时柱，如辛丑年、辛丑月、戊寅日、壬戌时，可以表述为年柱辛丑、月柱辛丑、日柱戊寅、时柱壬戌，其余仿此。“命”在日课里是特指生肖，但是生肖一定不能决定命运，因为全国和全球同生肖的人数亿，绝不可能同生肖的人在某一年都犯太岁、甚至同命运，祖坟、房屋、姓名和德行永远是影响与改变命运的根本与核心，切不可本末倒置、迷信算命。

This is the great virtue of the unity of heaven, earth and man. “Eight characters” refer to that the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches of year, month, day and hour, eight characters totally. To look at the eight characters, the Day Stems should be mainly, one by one to judge the ten god relationship of the Day Stems between the seven characters of the Day Stems and the self year column, moon column, day branch, time column. The Day Stem is the Heavenly Stem of one day. The Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches of year, month, day and hour are collectively referred to as four columns, namely year column, month column, day column and time column, such as Xinchou year, Xinchou month, Wuyin day, Renxu hour, can be expressed as year column Xinchou, month column Xinchou, day column Wuyin, time column Renxu, the rest is imitated as this. "Life" specifically refers to the Chinese zodiac signs in the daily lessons, but the Chinese zodiac signs must not determine the fate, because hundreds of millions people across the country and the world have the same zodiac signs, the people with the same zodiac signs can all never offend the Grand Duke of Jupiter in a certain year, even the same fate, ancestral grave, house, name and virtue are always the fundamental and core of influencing and changing the destiny, never put the cart before the horse, and superstitiously believe the fortune-telling.

10. 回归自然：在个人修行方面的基本要求

10. Return to nature: basic requirements in personal practice

（1）坚持系统整体思维、开放包容胸怀和宇宙世界眼光。做人做事、治学治世，一定不能以偏概全、主观武断、强加于人，更不能自以为是、傲慢无理、唯我独尊，也不能犯教条主义、主观主义、唯心主义的低级错误，而必须始终坚持系统整体思维、开放包容胸怀、宇宙世界眼光。影响和改变命运的“九大要素”依次是“一风水、二八字、三姓名、四读书、五德行、六奋斗、七关系、八时代、九养生”，其中风水是特指自然风水，主要包括祖坟、父母受孕与怀孕期间居住的房屋、成年后居住的房屋或办公室、父母的墓地等等，自然风水是基础工程、命脉工程、希望工程、安康工程、财富工程。“关系”是特指个人与自己、个人与他人、人与社会、人与自然之间的诸多关系要和谐、通达。“时代”是特指人生要恰逢其时，英雄方可有用武之地。养生是一辈子的事情，没有健康的身体作本钱，一切皆是虚妄；不按照中医经络养生、不坚持适度有氧运动、不保持平和心态、不注重平衡饮食、不稳定积极情绪，必定也是枉然。没有很好的德行，最终一事无成或者失去一切，厚德方可承载万物与福报。不奋斗、不读书，也只能是异想天开，读书增智慧，奋斗得天助。好名好运，改名改运。好名字，陪伴人的一辈子；好名字，造福人的一辈子。每个人的生辰八字是固定不变的、不可改变的，看相算命是不能改变命运的，改变命运的方法必须是也只能是“调风水、改姓名、读好书、勤奋斗、优德行、顺关系、合时代、养生命”等“八法同步、系统发力、综合治理”。

(1) Insist on systematic and holistic thinking, open inclusive mind and cosmic world vision. To be an upright person and to do things, to do scholarly research and academic governance of the world, man must not hold a part as the whole, not be subjective and arbitrary, not be imposed on others, and more not be self-righteous, arrogant and unreasonable, not be puffed up with pride, and not commit low-level mistakes of dogmatism, subjectivism and idealism, but must always adhere to the system as a whole thinking, must open inclusive mind, and have vision of the universe. The "nine elements" that influence and change destiny are "first, Feng Shui, second, eight characters, third, names, fourth, readings, fifth, virtues, sixth, struggles, seventh, relationships, eighth, eras and ninth, health care", among which Feng Shui refers to natural Feng Shui, mainly includes ancestral graves, the house where the parents lived during conception and pregnancy, the house or office where they lived as adults, the cemetery of the parents etc. Natural Feng Shui is basic engineering, lifeline engineering, hope engineering, well-being engineering, wealth engineering. "Relationship" refers to the harmony and accessibility of many relationships between individuals and themselves, between individuals and others, between people and society, and between people and nature. "Era" means that life should be at the right time for heroes to be useful. Health preservation is a lifelong matter. Without a healthy body as the capital, everything is illusory; not following the traditional Chinese medicine meridian health care, not insisting on moderate aerobic exercise, not maintaining a peaceful mind, not paying attention to a balanced diet, and unstable positive emotions, all must be in vain. Without good morals, in the end nothing will be accomplished or everything will be lost. Only great virtues can carry all things and blessings. If you don't struggle and don't study, you can only be whimsical. Reading increases wisdom and struggle obtains God help. Good name and good luck; change your name and change your luck. A good name will accompany people for a lifetime; a good name will benefit people for a lifetime. Everyone's birth date and eight characters are fixed and unchangeable. Fortune-telling cannot change one's destiny. The way to change one's destiny must be and can only be "synchronizing the eight laws, making systemic forces, and comprehensive governing" of "adjusting Feng Shui, changing names, reading good books, working hard, optimizing virtue, putting relationships in order, conforming to the eras and keeping the life."

（2）人生的修行很大程度上就是对欲望的控制。自然风水学的宗旨是：永远不生气，包容家里人；永远不欺骗，造福有缘人；永远不抱怨，感恩世间人；永远不自私，利益天下人。与其埋怨世界，不如改变自己。平常心，心常平，人生的幸福，需要平常心和高品行去承载。用平和淡定的心态去看待沿途的一切，做一个真实的自我，无须虚伪，无须奉承，无须圆滑，不为尘俗所迷，不为物欲所困，认认真真做事，踏踏实实做人。万物相关，善念相传，默默地关心和帮助他人，是一种无形的布施。

(2) The practice of life is largely the control of desire. The purpose of science of natural Feng Shui is: never get angry, tolerate family members; never deceive, and benefit those who are destined; never complain, be grateful to the people all over the world; never be selfish, and benefit the people all over the world. Instead of complaining about the world, change yourself. Usual mind and happiness in life require to be carried by usual mind and high morals. Look at everything along the way with peaceful and calm state of mind, be a true self, without hypocrisy, flattery, smoothness, not fascinated by vulgarity, not trapped by material desires, do things seriously, and be a steadfast person. All things are related, good thoughts are passed on, silently caring for and helping others is an invisible donation.

（3）我们要始终如一爱党、爱国、爱人民，爱世界、爱家人、爱众生。我们要坚持存好心、说好话、取好名、读好书、行好事、做好人，孝亲尊师、低调谦卑，勤俭节约、积德增慧，断恶修善、明心见性，放下贪嗔痴、勤修戒定慧；要坚持讲精准、讲实用、讲效果、讲奉献、讲文明、讲道德，自觉抵制低俗、庸俗、媚俗，坚决反对迷信、盲信、假信，争做真善美的追求者和传播者，使自己的身、口、意、行“像蓝天上的阳光、春季里的清风一样”启迪思想、温润心灵、陶冶人生、利益家国；要坚持做到胸中有大义、心里有众生、肩头有责任、脚下有乾坤，始终与时代同步伐、与民族同梦想、与众生共忧乐、与世界共命运。

（3）We must always love the party, the country, the people, the world, the family and all living creatures. We must persist in having good intentions, speaking good words, taking good names, reading good books, doing good things, being good people, being filial to parents and respecting teachers, keeping a low profile and humility, being diligent and thrifty, accumulating virtue and increasing wisdom, breaking up evil and cultivating goodness, having a clear mind and seeing the disposition, and putting down greed, anger and infatuation, obsessed, diligently cultivate precepts and wisdom; insist on precision, practicality, effect, dedication, civilization and morality, consciously resist vulgarity, vulgarity and kitsch, resolutely oppose superstition, blind faith, and false faith, and strive to be the pursuers and communicators of truth, goodness and beauty, to make self body, speech, mind and deeds "like the sunshine in the blue sky and the breeze in spring" to enlighten the mind, warm the soul, cultivate life, and benefit the family and country; sticking to great righteousness in the chest, all living creatures in the heart, having responsibilities on the shoulders, and heaven and earth under the feet; always keeping pace with the times, sharing dreams with the nation, sharing sorrows and joys with all living creatures and sharing destiny with the world.

三、坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨，推广和运用自然风水学

推广和运用《自然风水学》，有利于城乡规划和国土空间合理布局，有利于资源永续利用与人类可持续发展，有利于破除封建迷信和弘扬中华优秀文化，有利于人民生命安全和身心健康，有利于国家粮食安全和更好实施乡村振兴战略，有利于人际关系和谐共生和人与自然和谐共生，有利于建设美丽中国和推进民族复兴；有利于早日解决台湾问题并实现祖国长久统一，有利于国家长治久安与世界持久和平，有利于实现人类命运共同体和人与自然生命共同体的持续和谐共生，有利于保护地球这一人类赖以生存的共同家园。

（一）推广和运用《自然风水学》的六项基本原则

4.有关部门加大对规划师、设计师、建筑师、园林师的培训力度，普及推广自然风水学及其专用罗盘（即天地盘）的使用方法，把自然风水学自觉应用在日常生产与生活中，促进人与人和谐共生、人与社会和谐共生、人与自然持续和谐共生。

金土皓先生简介

金土皓，原名宋泓锡，2025年已有56岁，湖南省张家界市人，中国著名风水学家、企业总部赋能专家、百岁老人长寿秘诀推广者，系宅医、易经起名法、自然风水学的创始人（原创者），现为宅医堂创始人、宅养堂创始人、国际宅医学会会长、国际住宅养生研究院院长。
